Cancellation Policy
At Derma Aesthetica Med Spa, we value your time and ours. To ensure the best experience for all of our clients, we kindly ask that any cancellations or rescheduling be made at least 24 hours in advance of your scheduled appointment.
Late Cancellations, Reschedules, or No-Shows:
If you no-show, cancel or reschedule, your appointment within 24 hours, a $50 cancellation fee will be charged to the card on file. If no card is on file, a $50 balance will be added to your next visit.
You may cancel or reschedule your appointment by calling or texting us up to 24 hours before your scheduled time.
Additional Information for Clients:

Please arrive on time. If you are more than 15 minutes late, your appointment may need to be rescheduled and the cancellation fee may apply.

All clients are required to have a valid credit card on file to book an appointment.

We kindly ask that you come to your appointment makeup-free if receiving facial or injectable services.

If you are feeling unwell or experiencing symptoms of illness, please notify us as soon as possible.
