Tox
Membership

$399 / Flat Fee

  • *$399 Flat fee, non reocurring to join.

  • $11/unit, Up to 4 sessions a year .  

  • $100 off 1 syringe of filler per year. 

  • 10% off all skin treatments (microneedling, laser or chemicall peels). 

D|A VIP
Membership

$175 / month

  • **$1500+ in Annual Savings​

  •  3 Laser resurfacing or 3 Clear and Brilliant sessions per year. 

  • 3 Hydrafacial Ultra Royale facials per year. (60min)

  • 15% of all injectables (Tox, Filler, etc) 

  • 10% off all skincare​

  • 10% off all skin treatments (microneedling, lasers, facials and chemical peels). 

 

$399 Initiation Fee plus first month of $175 due at sign up.

* Free to cancel after fulfilling 6 month minimum commitment. No-Refunds, Credits are non-transferrable. A fee of $250 will be billed for early termination.

 Membership will be billed monthly. Fox membership is a one time flat fee. 
All benefits are terminated on the date of cancellation/30 days to utilize remaining services.
