Billing: Facial and D|A VIP memberships are billed monthly. The Tox membership is a single flat fee.
Minimum term: Free to cancel after your minimum commitment: 6 months for Facial, 12 months for D|A VIP. Cancelling early carries a $250 fee.
Cancelling: Benefits end on your cancellation date, and you have 30 days to use any remaining services.
Credits: Membership credits are non-refundable and can’t be transferred to someone else.
